On the 30th of April, Regina Adu Safowaa  received an unexpected email from none other than Hugh Evans, the CEO of Global Citizen. The content of the email brought about a whirlwind of excitement and anticipation for Regina as she embarked on a new chapter of her life as a Global Citizen Member. 


In the heartfelt letter penned by Hugh Evans, Regina was extended a warm welcome to the Global Citizen family. She was invited to join forces with some of the world's most influential artists, entertainers, and advocates in a collective effort to combat extreme poverty on a global scale.


Hugh Evans expressed his gratitude to Regina for her commitment to the cause, emphasizing the significant impact that Global Citizens have had since the organization's inception in 2009. Through collective action, Global Citizens have spearheaded initiatives that have resulted in over $43.6 billion being distributed worldwide, positively impacting 1.29 billion lives.
