Asante Mampong Best Farmer Dies Hours after winning award
Accra-based United Television reported the death of Mr. Owusu Kwesi Manu, who was named the Best Farmer by the Asante Mampong Municipal Assembly on December 1.
According to the report, Mr. Owusu Kwesi Manu passed away a few hours after receiving his award as the Municipal Best Farmer.

Mr. Owusu Kwesi Manu, the leader of Kyeiwaa Farms, is said to have died at Bekwai Hospital on Saturday, December 2, 2023, in the Ashanti Region after a brief illness.
His sudden death has surprised many because he did not appear sick on the day he received his award. Doctors are yet to conduct an autopsy to determine the exact cause of his death.
